In August, Eagles Flight were invited to collaborate with Personio’s HR Development team, a German HR software company headquartered in Munich with around 2,100 employees and over 6,000 clients, to deliver an afternoon of motivating and energising team activities. The chosen programme, “Redline Racing”, is an immersive experience simulating a European racing tour, where teams face real-world pressures, rapid decision-making and intense competition, with every move tracked electronically. According to Clare Nolan, the session was not only fun and engaging but also provided valuable insights into teamwork and performance, demonstrating the positive impact such experiences can have on employee engagement.

Adina Apartment Hotels, a luxury group focused on creating “home away from home” experiences for guests and continuous career development for employees through the TFE Hotels ACADEME Fast Track Management programme, partnered with Eagles Flight to support their 2022 Academe interns at the launch of a new Munich hotel. After previously exploring teamwork through a desert-themed challenge, this year the group experienced “Promises, Promises”, an activity designed to highlight how easily individuals can lose sight of the bigger picture by focusing only on their own tasks, while encouraging collaboration, stakeholder awareness and engagement to drive organisational success. According to Agnes Lindner, Director People & Capability, Simon once again delivered a highly relevant and enjoyable session that resonated strongly with daily operations and actively engaged all participants.

Eagles Flight were invited to deliver a half-day engagement experience for Maximus’s leadership community, focusing on the importance of values in shaping workplace behaviours. Maximus, a global organisation partnering with governments and businesses, provides services in the UK such as employment support, occupational health, contact centre outsourcing and health assessments for the Department for Work and Pensions, with the core aim of making a positive impact. The chosen programme, “Council of the Marble Star”, encouraged leaders to manage productivity through change, recognise the power of perception, build stronger relationships and strive for individual and corporate excellence, all aligned with Maximus’s values. According to Gareth Parry, Programme Director, the interactive experience proved far more impactful than a traditional presentation, offering valuable insights in a safe, engaging environment and receiving outstanding feedback.

In June 2023, Eagles Flight delivered a half-day experiential learning session for around 230 Lenze Sales and Marketing employees during their three-day meeting at Motorworld Munich. To address key business outcomes such as growth, collaboration, ambition, competitiveness and customer excellence, the group took part in “Windjammer”, a sailing-themed simulation where teams trade, manufacture and sell products in a fluctuating market, requiring negotiation and teamwork to succeed beyond financial profit. According to Rona Richter, Head of Marketing Communications, the experience brought energy, engagement and was delivered seamlessly and professionally, making it a highlight of the event.

Infineum, a specialty chemicals company driving sustainability and innovation in mobility, invited Eagles Flight to deliver “Promises, Promises” at their EMEA Sales meeting. The programme challenged participants to look beyond individual tasks, break away from the “that’s not my job” mindset, and recognise the importance of engaging with key stakeholders to drive organisational success. Ross Williams, Sales Coordinator for the EMEA Region, highlighted that the experience successfully reinforced the alignment of individual, team and organisational goals, raising awareness of how collaboration can optimise overall success.
