REDLINE RACING

MAKING THE BEST DECISIONS IS JUST THE BEGINNING!

Focus, determination, and agility pave the road to winning performance.

BUSINESS ISSUE

Speed. These days, the only speed is the fastest. If we cannot keep up with the pace of change and adapt our actions, we are on a collision course with failure. We need the skills to quickly formulate appropriate goals, gather and evaluate information, gain team consensus and then act — making the best decisions to achieve the best possible results — with speed.

Redline Racing challenges you to deliver a champion-level performance in an experiential learning environment with real-world pressures, checkpoints and intense competition.

THE LEARNER EXPERIENCE

It’s the Redline Racing European Tour, and you and your racing team are eager to get started! But before heading off into the countryside, you’ll need to determine which route will reward you with the most points — and the fewest penalties. To secure victory in this high-octane road race, you’ll need to come together as a focused, agile, and motivated team. You’ll also need to make fast and well-informed decisions at every stage of the journey. But decisions made along the way are not final, and the majority in the room will decide the fate of the race. So in addition to dealing with pressure, pace, and competition, participants must influence others to reach a favourable consensus and win the race.

Redline Racing is a thrilling and highly engaging experience that will get hearts pounding as the finish line approaches.

THE EXPERIENCE

Set in the picturesque European countryside, teams from across the world gather to take part in the Redline Racing European Tour. Each team is given a high-performance car and must record their actions on an electronic device that automatically logs and tracks every move. Each route presents unique hazards and challenges participants to make the right decisions at speed and take the lead in this exciting two-hour experience.

WHAT PARTICIPANTS LEARN

• Balance action with analysis to make the BEST decisions and achieve the best possible result.

• Leverage the experience of those who have succeeded before—learn from others.

• Build cohesion and consensus within your team—peer-to-peer influence.

• Course-correct efficiently in the face of changing conditions—maintain commitment to the overall goal.

FACILITATOR INSIGHT

Redline Racing really gets your heart racing. An immense energy fills the room; we’ve seen groups of more than 1,000 people literally jumping with the excitement this experience brings to life. Knowing which decision to make is only part of the journey to achieving the best result. Being able to influence others to see what you see and, perhaps, then be open to learning from what they know creates a level of complexity that mirrors the real world. Buckle up for the ride of your life with your teammates!

CLIENT TESTIMONIAL

“Our leaders were struggling with collaboration. We knew that, as a good group of teams, we weren’t always at our best. Deciding what to prioritise and when was always the usual internal challenge. Some teams would ‘win’ at the expense of others.

The result we needed was to ensure that everyone clearly understood the role they played in our ability to be brilliant in every function. This was meant to drive personal accountability — not just among our leaders, but among every individual across teams throughout our company.

Your experience, Promises, Promises!, allowed us to bring 200 people together to work on real-life situations we face daily and achieve 110% of our goals.

It was incredibly energising to see a room full of passionate people working so well together to overcome the obstacles preventing us from becoming a truly united team.

What we were able to achieve in half a day, with your support, would have taken us a year in the market.
I highly recommend this to anyone looking to shift their team’s culture from good to great!”
