Our Story

Phil Geldart

is an internationally recognised authority on leadership.

As CEO of Eagle’s Flight™, Phil pioneered experiential learning, and his training methodologies have transformed individuals, corporations, and leadership teams for over three decades. He is the author of more than half a dozen books and is passionate about sharing his message as widely as possible.
In 1998, Phil had over 18 years of experience working with Nestlé. He served as Senior Vice President of Human Resources, leading a strategic initiative that increased profitability through HR, and facilitated several executive training programmes.
