point of choice model
Eagle's Flight programmes are based on the Point of Choice™ model. They enable people to make
permanent, effective changes in behavior by understanding the wide range of consequences of their choices
and accepting responsibility for them.
By reflective observation, participants identify what happened, what decisions they made and the
consequences of these decisions in the experience. Given similar circumstances in the real world,
they explore the likelihood that similar decisions would be made with similar consequences. This
approach fosters an environment of accelerated learning.
