There are many situations where it is advantageous to have an external trainer facilitate your learning event. An outside facilitator brings a level of objectivity, perspective, and experience that can often not be achieved with in-house staff. Eagle’s Flight’s professional team will deliver a programme that is not only engaging and insightful, but also provides maximum relevance within the context of your organisation.
An Eagle’s Flight our learning experiences will always be delivered and measured against the following four tenets:
- Credibility We will seek to build credibility and establish trust with the learner, which will not only earn us the right to teach but also pave the way for creating value through the process.
- Engagement We will seek to maintain a high level of engagement so as to maximise buy-in and participant ‘presence’.
- Identification We will create opportunities for participants to identify where, why, and how they might change behaviors to deliver better outcomes.
- Safety We will create and maintain a “safe” environment for the learner, which will promote participation and encourage contribution.
Large Group Delivery
We’re equally comfortable delivering to groups of 5 or 5,000, but we approach sessions of 100+ participants very differently than we do those of fewer numbers. Small sessions focus more on true facilitation skills and offer participants more opportunity to ask questions and contribute to the broader group discussions. In larger sessions, we rely on scripting, visuals, anecdotes, large audience involvement, and relevant examples to ensure that the desired message is delivered and received.
The content and message may be the same in both the small and larger classes, but our larger group delivery team is equipped with the critical training and tools that ensures they can control the dynamics of the larger forums and deliver great results.
