The Company
Nike is the world's leading sports and apparel manufacturer.

The Need
NIKE met with Eagle's Flight to discuss training objectives. After reviewing several sessions, Eagle's Flight recommended Gold of the Desert Kings™, a fast-paced programme that focuses on the benefits of teamwork, planning and setting goals.

"Right from the beginning there was a real connection between NIKE and the Eagle's Flight team," says Rick Mason, U.S. Director of Sales Training. The Results
As it is a principle-based programme, Gold of the Desert Kings™ allows for a full range of learnings to be drawn in the debrief, depending on the training objectives identified by the company.

"We can give it a real sales focus by concentrating on maximisation, or we can talk to the reps about managing their resources," reports Mason. "The programme also lets us tie everything back to a mentoring relationship, which is important for those who are out there flying solo in someplace like Kansas."

The ability of Eagle's Flight to deliver programmes in eight languages and 15 countries has allowed it to meet NIKE's requirements for a global supplier and partner in training.

"We've seen a really top-shelf product from Eagle's Flight that has consistently been our highest rated module in the orientation session," says Mason. "It's been a partnership they've delivered on."
